Event Cancellation Insurance

So, what would you do if your event had to be cancelled, postponed or abandoned unexpectedly and beyond your control?

Event Cancellation Insurance can help protect your organisation’s financial investment in community based events, festivals and conferences.

Protect against the unexpected: A wise investment for event organisers

Whatever the event, we recognise the commitment and expense involved in delivering a great experience for your communities.

Should adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond your control cause the necessary cancellation, abandonment, postponement or interruption of your event, this policy can help cover any financial loss suffered by your organisation as a result.

This is where Event Cancellation can help protect your organisation's financial investment in community-based events.

When should you take out Event Cancellation Insurance?

This type of insurance is typically suitable for events with a budget of $30,000 or more, and it may be more affordable than you expect.

As a general guideline, it is advisable to secure Event Cancellation coverage at least 2 to 3 months before your event.
